What to do? What to do?
Seriously what is there to DO? I've lived in Nashville my WHOLE life but I have no idea what there is actually to do. The weather is getting so nice outside, AMEN!!, and I would love to get out of the house but where is there to go? I'm looking for some great places that are cheap or better yet FREE to take the girls and are somewhat close because well we've all seen the price of gas these days. I know I can take them to the park but let me be honest with you tell you that parks freak me out. There are always so many people there that I'm afraid I'm going to either lose one of them or that there is so pervert that is there just watching the kids. Also, I know I can take them to Barnes and Noble or the library but is there anything else?? For all you cool moms out there can you please help me?!?!?!?!!!

Happy Easter
I'm actually going to do this post backwards b/c that's how the pictures loaded. This is the girls at Jeremy's parents house. It was pretty cold on Easter so we had to throw on some pants with their dresses before going out to hunt eggs, but as you can see they didn't mind.
On Friday we had an egg hunt at our house with some of our friends. The girls really had a great time, especially Carleigh once she realized there was candy in the eggs! Thank you Mrs. Dana for hiding our eggs for us.
This was our first attempt at coloring eggs and I think the girls really enjoyed it. We only did a few eggs but it was enough to make them happy.
We had a great Easter and I hope each of you did too.

Before and After
Finally I'm posting pictures of the house! the first ones you can see before and after shots and then there are some random ones. I forgot to take my own before shots so I'm having to use the pictures from the MLS listing but I think you'll be able to notice the change.
HOME SWEET HOME!
Den & Den looking into kitchen
Kitchen w/ views of stairs going into playroom and down to the utility room
Master bath
Girls' room, Master Bedroom
formal living/dinning & entry
playroom
Now I have a TON of decorating to do!! I don't take the best pictures but I hope you get the idea. The only rooms not pictured are the nursery, office, and the girls' bathroom. Maybe one day I'll post them too.

Updating #2
Random pictures: (no they aren't in order and the dates aren't right either)
Gracie's 3rd birthday. We had her party just a week after moving into the house. This was the first time she had a party with her friends, normally it's just family
SNOW DAY! This was actually the first snow day we had. Gracie really liked playing in it but Carleigh thought it was too cold. We only stayed out for a little bit, long enough for Gracie to make her first snow angel.
Carleigh's first shiner. Apparently the girls were playing on the bed (I wasn't home) and collided heads...this is what appeared.
I just loved these pictures and wanted to share them. The girls love it when daddy gives them a bath because he fills the tub with bubbles. I just try to get them in and out without getting too much water on the floor. :)

Shout outs
Whether it is our Realtor, my hairdresser, mechanic, or whoever, God has really shown me lately how he's blessed me by putting certain people in my life and I want to share some of them with you.
Ray Carman @ Priority One Real estate and Auction. Yes he and his wife Katie may be our closest friends and more like family, but let me tell you this man knows his real estate. He did a fantastic job selling our old house and I couldn't have asked for a better person to do negotiations on our new house. There aren't many people I trust to help us with such a big decision and more than that even fewer that I would recommend to anyone else but Ray definitely leads the pack. If you have any real estate needs I highly recommend giving him a call and tell him I sent you!
Rachel @ The Looking Glass. This is the lady that does my hair and let me tell you she is a God send. I have to drive somewhat of a distance (30-45 minutes) but it is well worth it. She works our of a small building in a small town but it is just perfect for me and my girls. Rarely are there more than 10 people in the place (3 of which are me and then girls and another 3 work there), there is a small area for the girls to play, and I assume b/c it's a country town she charges 1/2 of what I used to pay for my hair to do me and both girls. If you would like to check her out let me know and I'll get you her number.
Joe@ Hendersonville Transmission. We finally had to take Helga (our van) in the other day to get looked at, expecting that the transmission would have to be replaced. Originally we took it to a guy in White House but he said that he didn't do that and recommended Joe. Boy am I glad he did. It's really hard to find a good reliable mechanic these days that doesn't charge an arm and leg but H'ville Transmission fits the bill. We took her in on Wednesday and dropped her off to be looked at Thursday. When Jeremy called to tell me what they found and how much it was going to cost all I could say was "Praise God". Come to find out it was some part that had to be replaced that with labor and all was about 1/4 of what we were expecting to pay and we got the van back on Friday. She now drives like a dream, even at 145,000 miles!
Brea @ Encores and More North Consignment Sale. I really can't describe how much of a blessing this sale is to me. Not only do I get to spend some time working with some great people and having some adult time but by doing so I get blessed with credit to spend on items I find at the sale. Thank you Brea for your 40 hour worker program (there is a waiting list but contact her if you want to get on it) because it too helps me be able to stay home with my kids but also dress them in cute outfits. She does this sale twice a year and believe me if you've never been you are truly missing out.
Even now as I type this I am amazed at how time after time God blesses me with people. The ones listed above all have businesses but there are countless others that have been put in my life, even if just for a moment, to encourage me, love on me, or teach me. I pray that I too am doing that for others.

Catching up #1
I have so much to post but right now I'm going to let you in on my little shopping trip to, well you know where. Seriously I think the whole trip was only 15 minutes long but it was a NIGHTMARE.
So I had to run by Wal-Mart to pick up a few items to get through until the end of the week when I'll do my big trip. Anyway, Carleigh fell asleep in the car about 10 minutes before we got there and was COMPLETELY out taking her into the store. I was hoping to just literally run in and run out but Gracie had to pee so that called for a stop in the bathroom. Just after leaving the bathroom Carleigh woke up. I didn't think it was going to be a big deal since I only had literally under 10 items to buy but little did I know that somewhere between the car and bathroom she had become possessed. I have no idea where the child from that point on came from but I can tell you it wasn't pretty. She obviously HAS to have her nap because once she was awake she wanted down and OUT of the buggy. I had her sitting in the front part, which she proceeded to try and fling her self over the side, into the back, or over the handle. I tried to hold her and that didn't work and by no means was I going to let my 18 month old just walk around the store. I know the people around me thought all sorts of crazy things because she was out of control. I even had 1 lady from church come and ask me if i was going to be okay. Oh I can't tell you how frustrated I was with her. you might ask, did I discipline her? YES! But it only made things worse. This girl wanted to go to sleep and did not want to be in that buggy. Even at the cash register, the attendant had to hold her because I was trying to keep her from busting her head on the floor while trying to check out my groceries. All I wanted to do was scream and tell everyone "I am a good mom. I do discipline my children. She just needs a nap".
Never again will I look at a mom with a screaming child in public the same again. Please tell me I'm not the only one that has had this happen.

He has a name..FINALLY!
Well actually he would have had a name a loooong time ago if Jeremy wasn't so difficult. Finally last night I talked Jeremy into agreeing on the name I originally came up with and just haven't been able to get past......Harrison Dean Andrews. I heard this name several years ago and have loved it since and well Harrison Ford is rather sexy for his age. :) Also, this sort of makes him named after Jeremy's dad, Harold Dean. Harold is a little dated for me but Harrison is close and they will at least have the same middle name and initials. If you remember this post you remember how excited he was to be having a grandson so I felt it fitting for the baby to be named after him...I hope he agrees! Now only about 8 more weeks and until we meet this precious gift from God....I wonder who he's going to look like?!?!?!??

Phone Call
To be honest with you I'm still not sure about the call I received on Sunday but I had to share it with you. For starters I slept in until 11:30, which yes that means we missed church, but I was dead tired and obviously needed the sleep. So anyway, my cell phone rang and seeing that it was a friend I put it over to voicemail because I was just not ready to get up yet. Then Jeremy's cell phone rang so I thought that it must be something important. Jeremy proceeds to tell me that HGTV is in town wanting to do a kitchen make-over and that they want to come and look at our kitchen. My response..."yeah right, you're just ready for me to get out of bed" :) After talking to our friend he confirmed that was what was going on and that we'd be getting a phone call. Honestly I thought they were setting me up but we did get a call from another agent in the area. She said that they were looking for a couple that had recently bought a house that might need an updated kitchen, were in their 20s or 30s, and had personality (oops that puts us out :)) Hello, why couldn't we have gotten this call 6 weeks ago?? We have already stripped all of the wallpaper, painted, put down new floors, and gotten stainless steal appliances. I thanked her for thinking of us but felt like there was probably another couple out there that could use this blessing more than us. However, I did mention if they decided to make-over a bathroom to call us back!!
I know too you want to see pictures and I promise I am going to put them up but first I have to replace the batteries in my camera.....soon though!

Still no name
Yes I am about 10 weeks from delivering and we still don't have a name for this baby...ARRR! I would really like to have something in mind so that I can stop just referring to him as "the baby", or "the boy", or "this one" but Jeremy is being really difficult. Here are a few names that I like, what do you think? And you have to be COMPLETELY honest! (in no particular order)
